Reblocking and Restumping are two different words but generally mean the same thing. It involves the replacement of the original timber stumps to concrete stumps from houses that are usually weatherboard, brick veneer and solid brick houses.
The process of underpinning is to stabilise and strengthen the foundation of your home. The most common practice is to make the current foundation with new concrete support which involves extending the foundation so that it's stabilized on a more supportive soil and distributes its load across a greater area.
As an additional service, we supply and fit new floor boards. We use a state-of-art floor levelling technology and offer competitive quotes. All work is guaranteed.
